Hello to all.

First, I would like to introduce Avalar Priority Realty Group. I am the broker, Rebecca Terakedis, and I have been licensed a long time... originally in 1977, so I have lots of experiences to share and to pull from. I like to tease my agents that I sold mud huts and caves when the earth was still hot and crusty. Of course, I am really not THAT old. Avalar was opened about 2 years ago, after realizing it was time to take everything I had learned from other agencies and create a new company that really focused on the client and the agents within the company. Our agent training is intense, and is focused on serving the client, not making the commission. Of course, we believe if we serve our client well, the commission will take care of itself.

I personally have a lot of foreclosure listings, as word of mouth about our service spread among corporate clients. I am very proud of that as it proves I communicate with the clients , and get them results. Of course, I give the same great communication and service to all of my clients, especially non-coporate clients. After all, you are the ones who see me face to face.

I love to get creative about real estate, so I am especially good so I am especially good when marketing a home that seems to be stagnate. Since my agents can call me 24/7, and my clients also, my brain is always working to get results.  In the next few days, we plan on adding to our website a lot of special features to enable our internet exposure to be second to none in the area!  I hope you will enjoy using our site, and if you have any suggestions, please email me.
